We have always been focused on the wellness, health, and wellbeing of our family, friends, and community. That is part of what we do and why we make the decisions we have. Wellness, in the broadest sense, is a goal. To feel better, be stronger, more mindful, fully present in our bodies, our relationships, and the world.
There isn't a tonic or pill for that--and that is a good thing. Wellness is a ritual, a practice, a calling to awaken the part of our being that is about healing the body, the mind, and the spirit. When we attend to that, we can be a presence of wellbeing in all the areas of our life and for everyone around us.
